I'm also having fun with lipsynch (using a clip form Seinfeld) but I'm not that confident yet to be using straight ahead animation so I'm using keys for now. but it's definetely something I would like to try one day, cause it really does provide a very smooth and organic feel. just as your examples illustrate very well!
