I think that Quasi-Plasma Gun is more or less possible to be made, which will use butan or propan, treated on high temperatures and pressures, to get iced-liked-butan- gas. Than it could be used as a high temperature weapons, shooting from rifles or so. That stream from gun can easly penetrate glas, melting it down, iron, or even steel.
