Anyway, this is another Ouran High School Host Club anime music video to the song "Welcome to the Black Parade" by My Chemical Romance! This one has the entire host club in it, but I don't know if it's as good as my other Ouran video; the song is just so amazing that it's hard to do it justice. But, I finally caved and picked an anime to do with it - I thought Ouran was fitting because Tamaki is like the "father" (and even calls himself their father) who teaches the host club to be a "savior" to "the broken, the beaten, and the damned" (as they practically help someone downtrodden become idealistic once more in practically every episode). He does this by saving them all from their own hopelessness and cynicism (as seen in many of the flashback episodes when they were in junior high) and giving them all a new sense of hope. And then, like the father in the song, ends up temporarily joining the "Black Parade" (i.e. pessimism, cynical defeat, disillusionment, etc.) himself during the last two episodes of the anime, leaving with Eclair. Haruhi and gang (who he considers his "sons/children") then have to "carry on" although their father (Tamaki) is symbollically "dead and gone." Tamaki's "memory," however, does "carry on" as The host club then must get Tamaki back from the "Black Parade," becoming his "savior" as he had been for all of them. At the end of the anime, the host club continues to "carry on" together, Tamaki included, as does the host club's "carriage" that symbolizes all their youth, innocence, hope, and friendship. And that's basically why I made the video. Anyway, if you're interested in the lyrics, they go as follows: When I was a young boy, My father took me into the city To see a marching band.
