Description: Today, the 15th makes the 17th day that Gateway has refuesed to correct their mistake and support me, an eleven year loyal sucker. Whoops, I meant Customer! So after close to three weeks, Gateway is still telling me that they are unwilling to provide me with any customer support or service. BLAH!
