yunxing ::: Favorites very excellent! These exercises do reach the organs and nervous system of the body as well as soften the spine, thus revitalizing the body, ensuring longevity, and opening the mind to a higher wisdom... with proper focus, practice, and compassion. Excellent work! 07-05-26 19:20:44 _____________________________________________________
ifemorena ::: Favorites Thank you for your comment ifemorena 07-05-26 21:22:32 _____________________________________________________
Salubrity ::: Favorites That's Master Wong, not Lee. Which transliteration system are you using that has "xi" for "qi" in "qi gong"? 07-06-20 02:30:51 _____________________________________________________
redtortoise76 ::: Favorites You think it's safe to practice this off a video? 07-07-30 23:27:49 _____________________________________________________
supralee ::: Favorites giving very little, even too little but being in fresh air are good to old people:) 07-08-02 15:20:43 _____________________________________________________
burdyken ::: Favorites I do Taiji and Qigong for 2 and a half years now. One thing I learned, is that these exercises are natural movements. For example, the swaying hands: You can observe children doing this when they just feel confortable to do it. If you you don't need a warning, not to dry your cat in the microoven, or that coffee bought at McDonalds might be hot, I think it's quite save for you to try this exercises. Just try out this movements and breathe as you like. Take it easy and have fun. 07-08-06 07:46:17 _____________________________________________________
Guedingen ::: Favorites A good question. Video instruction is very limited. The stance is all important (the so-called horse stance). It should be practiced before moving on. All I can say is I had a fucked up back and Chi Gong has helped enormously. 07-08-13 12:02:58 _____________________________________________________ |
